雷欣珂律师毕业于西南政法大学和中国人民大学,专注于民商事争议解决和企业法律顾问服务,尤其擅长处理证券与金融、公司与股权、房地产与建工等领域的复杂、疑难民商事案件。其主办的案件获评最高人民法院「2023 年度十大案例」,现为最高人民法院诉讼服务志愿专家、中国法学会律师法学研究会理事。Lei Xinke read law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law and Renmin University of China, and focuses on commercial dispute resolution and general counsel services — with particular depth in complex disputes in securities and finance, corporate and equity, and real estate and construction. A matter led by Lei was named one of the Supreme People’s Court’s Top Ten Cases of 2023. Lei serves as a volunteer expert for the SPC litigation service programme and as a director of the Lawyers Law Research Society of the China Law Society.
